E-commerce infrastructure
Turnkey store setup: theme, payment and shipping integrations, product upload and staff training. Typical time to launch is 10 business days.
CEA builds, connects and grows online stores for brands selling in Turkey. E-commerce infrastructure, marketplace integration, advertising and SEO — from a single team, with the scope agreed in writing before the work starts.
We build the platform, connect the sales channels, bring the traffic and measure the result. Each engagement starts with a written scope, so there are no surprise line items.

Five Turkish marketplaces managed from one panel: central stock, channel-based pricing rules and sync errors you can actually see.
Design that does not feel like a template, fast loading, a content panel you run yourself, and analytics set up on day one.
Panels, integrations and internal tools built around your process — ERP, accounting, courier, bank and marketplace connections included.
Technical audits through to content production. We install the measurement first and report progress monthly.
Google, Meta and marketplace ads managed against an ACoS target, with search-term cleanup and weekly optimisation.
Each of these has a matching clause in the contract and in day-to-day delivery.
Infrastructure, design and marketing sit in the same team. When something breaks, nobody tells you it is somebody else’s job.
What we will do, how long it takes and what is explicitly out of scope are written into the contract before we start.
Every month we report what we did and what it returned, in numbers.
We do not sell you services you do not need. Sometimes the right answer is “not yet”.
Most international brands reach Turkish shoppers through the local marketplaces — Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon Türkiye and Çiçeksepeti — long before they open a store of their own. The listing rules, the commission structure, the courier network and the invoicing obligations are all local, and they are the part that usually stalls a launch.
We wrote a separate page about what that entry actually looks like: selling on Turkish marketplaces as a foreign brand.
We will tell you what it takes — and whether we are the right team for it. Weekdays 09:00–18:00 (UTC+3) on +90 850 840 29 50.
